I was looking to trade my car for a newer used vehicle. The sales rep Kristen was extremely helpful, informative and pleasant. She answered all my questions and suggested a number of possible vehicles that Fit my criteria. She worked along with the sales Manager in negotiating a reasonable price for the vehicle that I decided I wanted to purchase. I was very pleased with the end result and I am enjoying my new drive. The whole team at Orillis VW were fantastic.

From calling to inquire about the car I was looking to purchase, to picking the car up a couple of days later as the new owner, Orillia Volkswagen was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales approach, kind and respectful employees and willing to go above and beyond in their service to make sure everything was perfect. They cleaned, prepared and even fixed an issue that popped up during the test drive. Also included several warranties at their own expense without my request just to give their customers that extra piece of mind which would not be found anywhere else. Would recommend to everyone I know.

My husband and I were received in a friendly manner, the office was clean, organized and staff were all professional and pleasant. We were encouraged to contact them if there were any concerns or questions which I feel quite comfortable in doing. The most important is that we LOVE our JETTA.
