Defective Module

We experienced a module problem near Memphis TN. and had a new module installed by the dealer there. As Canadian warrantees are not honoured in the US, we had to pay close to $1000 US for the installation. I contacted your Service Manager and he made sure we were totally reimbursed for the repair as it would normally be covered by warranty. In our view he went out of his way to ensure top customer satisfaction.

As usual, great professional service, Very friendly, cannot do enough for you. Great staff, g;ad I bought my Passat at this dealer. Just wish there was not so much contraversy about the Diesel engine. I love my car and its performance.

Mitch was very helpful and knowledgable . It has been 13 years since my wife purchased a new vehicle . Mitch was very helpful with showing us how to use all the new technology that the newer cars include. It is very obvious that he truly believes in Volkswagen as a company the the great product they provide. Great job!!

Activation of VW Credit Card

Called into dealership spontaneously to activate the credit cards of good faith, warmly greeted as always and acknowledged by salesman even though he was busy. Offered tea, coffee, water etc. while we were waiting..Dealt with in a timely fashion and advised fully regarding the credit cards. Also given information as to the status the fix for the emission problem.

I took my vehicle to another be dealer, customer service is rude, one person in particular, and inflated prices as compared to other vw dealers for the same work. I mentioned the inflated prices and they said it just popped up on their system, I saved going elsewhere, and they did more!!!
