Great first time car buying experience!

I recently bought my first car from Orillia Volkswagon. Mark, the salesperson who helped me, was very friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience selecting and test driving my car. The rest of the staff were very helpful and patient in organizing the details of the payment and paperwork. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received.

Mark was calm and informed us on Jetta features and gold star reputation.The sale was detailed and not over whelming. Because I need to be calm and Mark was excellent .Mark should get a raise for his professional skills.I got the best Jetta for the options I wanted.Thank you very much.mark.I will tell my family to go and see Mark .thank you

Mark facilitated trading i n my 2006 beetle for a 2012 beetle and patiently introduced me to all of its bells and whistles.

My car came out damaged. Luckily I had photos of it before they touched it. But they never did fix the problems and I still have grease stains on the interior that cannot be removed thanks to their mechanic. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Glad to say I don't take my car to this dealership anymore nor do I recommend it to anyone. After my first service, they offered to wash my car. Ended up coming out with a scratch down the side of the vehicle and the same moron that sold me the car blamed it on me and told me I'm better off keeping my car in my garage so I never get any scratches on it. They don't give a shit about their customers. Go to any other dealership.

Buying my Jetta (which I love)

Car buying is not my favourite shopping experience but Mitch was friendly, very professional and helpful when I was enquiring about the Jetta for sale. He helped make the process smooth and painless; so much so I bought the car that very day. One of the better car buying experiences and I had already viewed a few vehicles on other lots by that time. To whom it concerns I phoned Lisa at Orillia Volkswagen and she gave me very good advice on the circumstances I was dealing with. I had talked to Daryl in the past about the car not operating the way it should and said to keep a eye on it which I did. Anyway when the engine light came on and stayed on that's when Lisa and her advice was very satisfying. She was and Daryl to were excellent for looking after it. They have always been good to make sure that I was satisfied. Thank you.

Got my car in for warranty work on time and fast! Was snowing and they offered a free car wash which wasn't necessary but very nice to be offered

Christmas time my girlfriend and I has violent shaking in my car and we pulled of the highway. I googled the vw dealership in Orillia and showed up unannounced. Told them the situation and they fixed it immediately and even found a recall on my rear axle and fixed it on the spot. Awesome experience
