Most comfortable buying experience I have ever had.

I arrived at VW Orillia, hoping for information, and maybe a test drive, as I had already researched the cars online. Mark made me feel so comfortable. Honesty, and a great sense of humour, made me feel like Mark had my interests at heart. Joanne was very professional and personable. Really happy with the whole experience. Ended up purchasing the car that day.

From the 1st minute we walked in the door Kristen was focused on us and what our goals were. Once she understood what we were looking for she was determined to make that happen. We felt we were dealing with a professional person who communicated every step of the process with us. This was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Thanks Kristen!

I've been looking at a vw for a long time but never really thought that I could afford one to be honest. I was well taken care of, everyone was super friendly and even when I picked up my car on the worse storm of the year everyone was really great and made sure that everything that I was given was put in the car for me. Instead of just giving me the mats to my car they took the time to put them in the car for me. I know this is a small detail but it was great! I will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new car!

I give Lisa a five star rating!!!! She is always helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. She answers all of my questions with ease and goes above and beyond whenever I ask a question or if I am in need assistance. She accommodates my calendar to book service appointments and can always meet my requests. It is a pleasure to know that Lisa is there at Service to support me whenever I need.

Had a great experience with Kristen and excellent customer service , as well as all the staff involved in my purchase, Was told in the Barrie store they couldn't do anything for me by getting me into a new car because I still had too many payments left on my lease, went to Orilla and had a car within two days! Excellent service for sure and will always go back there , this is my second lease with them. They beat Barrie by far for me and as far as the service is for car maintenance they have Barrie beat as well > I live in Barrie but take my car to Orilla because I like the service there better, Thanks to all of you in Orilla VW!

Love the car Service and sales answered all my questions. I like the fact that you can go and check on your vehicle in the service department. Complimentary car wash is also very nice.

I have been in the market for a good used car and after owning a VW Jetta a few years back I decided to return to VW. I have had bad experiences over the years with other car salespeople and was hoping that this time it would be different. I had never dealt with this dealership before. Mark was refreshing change and because of that it was easy to get a deal done quickly. I hope over the long term my association with Mark and Orillia VW will positive. I look forward to dealing with Mark in the future and would recommend his services to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used VW.
