Mitch is hilarious, great guy all round.

The jetta beeps are wimpy people judge me for the car horns noise... I was sold a car by Mitch. If it wasn't for Mitch, I likely wouldn't have gotten the car due to the lack of authority in the locking sound.

Our experience with Orillia VW has been the best ever encountered with an automobile dealership. They are thoughtful, intelligent, and responsive to the customers needs and questions. We will no doubt return for our 4th vehicle from this dealer when the time comes.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been a customer with Orillia Volkswagen for over ten years. I continue to both purchase my vehicles and have them serviced there due to the excellent customer service and friendly staff. Both the sales department and service advisors provide professional and courteous services. Lisa Jenkins in particular has provided me with excellent customer service over the years in many situations where I need to have the vehicle serviced quickly. As well, recently I was travelling in the United States over a weekend and had a concern about how my engine was performing, Colin Koprowski (General Manager) promptly returned my voice message and provided me sound advice and guidance on what to do, in what would otherwise have been a very stressful situation. Kristin was incredibly respectful, generous, and understanding during the entire sale of the vehicle. Not only was Kristin incredibly patient and trusting, she was able to give proper advice to help better the sale of the vehicle, along with understanding of the extended warranty. She also followed up with me after the purchase of the vehicle, to help assist me with any other questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend her to any one of my colleagues, family members, or friends upon purchase of their vehicle. We need more sales associates/people like that in this world.
