Another Unique and Enjoyable Day at Orillia Volkswagon

This spring, I returned my 2012 Jetta at the end of its lease and leased a new 2016 Jetta to replace it. As always, Orillia Volkswagen's excellent service and sales staff shone bright. Kristen Corbett, my sales contact, handled all the process involved with the leases in a very friendly, straightforward and professional manner. All my questions were answered and any concerns were quickly solved. Kristen had an excellent in-depth knowledge of the Jetta and could and did discuss the history and engineering standards of the VW Jetta. As this was my 11th Volkswagon purchase, her knowledge impressed me. That along with her pleasant personality, her non pushy sales style, I could not ask for more. Of course, as normal, I could feel Colin Koprowski's guiding hand in the dealership. As always I felt unstressed, at ease and comfortable while completing the deal. That is why i will continue to drive for 1 hour and 40 minutes from Markham to deal at and service my car at Orilla Volkswagon. It is always a very pleasant experience. Les Olson

I had planned on stopping in to Volkswagen to see Mitch and thank him. I was at first apprehensive about whether I had made the right choice of vehicles, but I am loving the Nissan. Hopefully, the vehicle will continue to perform well in the years to come. The sticker in the window stating free nitrogen was an unexpected surprise, too. I didn't even know that tires took special air and that the dealership would provide it to me in the future. Overall, a good experience.

I was happy at the time or my purchase

I was very happy at the time I purchased my car and pleased with Mitch. I have struggled to remain confident in vw as a whole since the emmision scandal. While I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Mitch I am fearful to purchase another VW. I paid cash for my vehicle because it was my intention to drive that car right to the end. To be in a position now to have to perhaps pay out of pocket for a new car and having no extra money to do so is disheartening. I will wait to see what the outcome is on June 28th and I guess I will see how VW and Mitch will rise to the occasion to remedy my issue.

Traded in my truck on a car for commuting. Mitch found me exactly what I was looking for at the price point I wanted. Couldn't be any easier than that. Polite, knowledgeable, respectful staff. Will buy from them again!
