I was excited to see the new facility! Overall, the service was very good. Once I arrived in the Service Desk area, it took a little while for any of the Service Advisors to acknowledge me. The only other detail that I want to bring to your attention is that one customer that was getting his vehicle serviced was not wearing a mask. Not one staff member suggested to him that he should be wearing a mask.

Everyone at St Albert Dodge that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. Servicing was done promptly and I was notified when an item required replacement before they changed it as to no be surprised when picking up my truck. Only wish they’d washed it before I picked it up as most other places wash the vehicles in for service.

One Happy Happy Happy customer right here!!! Everyone at St Albert Dodge that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional, from the front receptionist to the sales/finance department, parts/service department and everyone else in between. Adam and Antoine found me the truck that I wanted, got the parts ordered and installed and all in a quick time frame. They were extremely fair with my trade ins and ensured that I was extremely happy before leaving the dealership with my new Warlock.
