Ralph and jerry were the best, great honest and helpful, couldn’t have asked for better service, would recommend family and friends when there in need of used or new, 5 star service.

Our Sales Person (Mike) was fabulous as was our Finance Manager. Mike Found us wondering around the lot and there was an instant click of being welcoming. He is super genuine and down to earth. He stopped to greet us and get to know us even though he was in the middle of another task. He worked with us and truly listened to what we needed and what our concerns were. If I could give Mike a higher rating I would but 5 is the most I am able to give. The receptionist on the other hand was not welcoming. She was busy on Facebook on her phone and ignored us when we arrived. She only Acknowledged us once one of the other Sales Consultants came up and welcomed us into the store. She then refused to page our Finance Manager because he was in his daily sales meeting (He was aware of the time we were arriving and informed us to have him paged) staying she would only send him a text. Waited for 20 minutes past the time of the end of the meeting. We were never offered seating in a lounge or anything. She ignored us from that first interaction on. If our deal hadn’t already been signed and done it would have been enough for us to reconsider purchasing from this dealership. The receptionist is the first point of customer service. 1 Star for the Receptionist.

Carmen is an amazing sales rep. After several disappointing trips to other dealerships, Carmen gave me faith in car dealerships again. Carmen could not do enough to help us find a great starter vehicle for our son. She did much research and worked very hard to try and find us that perfect vehicle. In the end we found a vehicle privately. Carmen was sad she wasn't able to find us something, but she was happy we did find something we were happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Carmen!!!
