Very professional establishment to buy a vehicle, my sales guy Chad Davis did a great job selecting a vehicle for me, originally I was going to buy a used Lexus and he talked me into the practicality of owning a Jeep Grand Cherokee in our climate. Jay Vantol, TJ Fiddler, Curtis Nykyforuk and Daylan Vanhees worked hard to get me approved and made the paperwork process fun and painless!!! Thank you St Albert Dodge for everything!!! I definitley recommend buying a vehicle here!!!

Phone in to dealership and spoke to Steve Lam told him exactly what we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay. In no time at all Steve replied and in we went to the dealership (which is beautiful Clean and comfortable) couple hours and a few signatures later we were out the door happy with our purchase, the price and the service. Highly recommended.

We came to St. Albert Dodge after having a pretty horrible experience at another dealership. I was quite upset coming in. What a difference good customer service makes! Hubert and Adam made it happen for me. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and added a lot of extras onto my purchase. They found me exactly what I wanted and did it expediently. The purchase process was very transparent. Clint and Jerry in Finance were so professional. It was obvious they were experienced and confident in what they do. I felt like I was in good hands. Reception was polite and courteous. An all around excellent experience. I would highly recommend! If you want things done properly, come here.
