ATTENTION: Veterans and Serving Members. I am a 59 year old disabled vet with 29 years service. Please read this. June of 2020 my 82nd year old mother purchased a 2 year old vehicle. My mothers annual income is $23000. I was with her and agreed to subsidize her venture. There were some inclusions in the contract, to include add ons. Paperwork went missing and it took 6 months to resolve the add ons promised. Recently an individual from St Albert Dodge was in contact with my mother to see if she wanted to come in and look at a newer vehicle which has more advanced safety features. My mother when contacted about those safety features certainly felt it was important for the safety of her great great grandchildren. So we went for a ride in the newer vehicle and my mother loved the newer safety features! So during negotiations we conclude my mother cannot afford any more than ?25 every 2 weeks at a promised rate of .49 %. Add ons would include a cash back, floor matts, bug deflector, trailer towing package (max towing) and detailing (standard anyways). So having agreed and felt optimistic about the transaction I went out to start moving items from one vehicle to the other. So I proceeded back to financing where my mother was just told to sign here and there. I looked at what she signed and they added 2.54% as a blended rate and another $19 to her biweekly payments. When I said thats not the agreement I was told “well your mother signed!” That was July 11, 2021. Ok buyer beware, someone will take advantage of the elderly!! Now to today, 3 Aug 2021. I have not been contacted by anyone at St Albert Dodge about the add ons so I so I have made many attempts myself. Apparently the paperwork is lost? All attempts to contact employees has been in vain. Here are those in attendance in order of appearance: Cody Richard Rob Daylan Joseph Non appearance by Jay I cannot recommend any salesperson or even parts and servicing. Steve cannot even give a callback on a rims quite!!

My wife and I came to St. Albert Dodge and was greeted by Shane Osepchik on his first day on the job. After all was said and done we had a great experience and drove away in a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel. Beautiful truck, all the bells and whistles and could'nt be happier. Kudos to Shane. Thanks, Geoff Jorden.

I first contacted them about a 10 year old vehicle, as I wanted to save some money on payments. Mike got ahold of me and we talked about what I wanted and what he could offer. In the end, it made more financial sense to get a new vehicle, which, they bent over backward to get it to me, with a few added goodies free of charge. I’m super impressed with everyone I spoke with, John, Mike, Dalen, Rob, I appreciate you!

Wish I could give this dealership a zero, worst experience ever, took them 3 times to get my lift right, they took the money for a top of like line lift and gave me one that was 1/3 the price, because of the cheap lift the truck started blowing transfer cases and they never figured out the issue until I did and why it was, then once I figured it out I went in for the third transfer case, but the t case was already blown they put a new one in, but didn’t thread lock the bolts and/or torque them, so I ended up rattling 2 bolts out and when I needed 4x4 the second I put it in, it spun the front drive shaft off breaking the 2 bolts still holding, destroying the front drive flange off the t case, and taking out a 2500 dollar wiring harness, which they refused to cover under warranty, being a 7,000 dollar bill, after 4 months installing the new drive shaft and being well within the km limit too, because their techs didn’t torque and or lock tight the bolts which need to be done every time they are removed, the service manager then tried telling me because of the lift you need to re torque every 5,000 km, I worked as a mechanic apprenticing and no you don’t. Those bolts need lock tight and torqued to specs to ensure they never rattle loose, aside from all that the salesman charged me 40,000 dollars to take my pristine 2015 1 ton Cummins diesel as a trade in thinking I was getting the 40,000 but after some complications the following year and having to sell my truck to my company I found out I paid them 40,000 to take my trade in, read your paperwork carefully, I thought I was dealing with a family friend.

Adam Fayad did a great job, he fought tooth and nail to get me in the truck I wanted and needed, made the whole experience as smooth as possible, while getting everything done to my truck I needed afterwards, great experience

I originally started looking at other dealerships, I got lucky enough to stumble into St.Albert dodge and meet Adam Fayad. Everywhere I went I was hustled, and taken advantage of I kept being told "this is the best deal you'll get" oddly enough someone always had something more to offer, but I knew it wasn't "the best." Adam Fayad treated me like I was the only person in the dealership, every want and need I had was met and exceeded, he blew the other dealerships out the water. If it was not for Adam Fayad, I would not had gotten my dream jeep and that would have been sad. It is extremely difficult to buy a vehicle and feel you are able to trust the person selling it, Adam did more than that, he made me feel like family. I will continue referring people to him, the way he treats you, everyone should have that same experience. So if you wanna be a loser, don't go see Adam, if you want to be a winner, then you better get to St.Albert dodge and make it happen. Huge thank you and shout out to Adam Fayad and the dodge team.
