Attentive, thorough service with quick response time

We had a great experience buying our third car with Volkswagon. When a good winter sale came up, he took the initiative to contact, which was much appreciated. Any time we called or emailed with questions or concerns, we were answered very quickly.

From the initial test drive to pickup day, Christian made everything seamless. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle in question and its features and he provided a truly outstanding sales experience. Even on followup visits at the dealership he made a point to come see how things were going with the new vehicle. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.

This is my second lease with Bytek, both times with a VW golf. Although Volkswagen Canada could not get it straight for the first 4-year lease that I had moved and kept sending mail to my old address despite several attempts to get them to change it, the staff at Bytek are very friendly and helpful. I came out of the negotiations for my second lease very pleased with my monthly payments. Honestly, I waffled a lot on whether to buy out my lease, buy a new car, or lease a new car at the end of the first lease, but both the financial and sales associates were very helpful, checking in with me both by phone and by email to make sure all my questions were answered. I also use the service department for maintenance and detailing and I'm very happy with those services as well.
