We started looking for the car 2 months prior to coming into Nurse Chev Olds. Barry was the salesman and made the whole process wonderful by explaining every detail, what we would want in the vehicle and what colour would be the best for what we wanted. We knew that we wanted to purchase an Equinox (our second). Gerry was friendly and informative. We decided on a cash purchase and received the appropriate discounts also the loyalty discount. Gerry arranged for our hitch to be transferred to the new vehicle. We were given a tour of the lot to see the available 2015 models and made our choice. Pick- up of the new vehicle was straight forward and Gerry explained the new features of the Equinox and set up the new On Star program and arranged for a refund of the program in our 2010 Equinox. We are pleased with our new purchase and the service provided.

I had totaled my car just over a month prior and wasn't sure if I wanted the same type and make of car when my husband suggested that we go to the used cars lot at Nurse Chev Cadillac as he had had a great experience a few years back. Well he wasn't wrong! Our Salesperson, Scott Morgan, let us look at any car we had any interest in. I explained to him what was important in a vehicle for me due to certain medical conditions and he listened very carefully showing us a couple of vehicles I might like. Eventually showed us a particular one that had just come in, and although it was slightly above our initial budget. It met all our requirements, except for a sunroof, and I fell in love with it. It was practically brand new as the mileage was so low. The rest of the sale procedure was just as smooth as the beginning, no rush, no pressure even while signing for the loan! I would certainly buy another vehicle from them again!

Blair was patient with me, while I pondered my choices and did several test drives. Once I had made my decision, he war careful to go over many details clearly. I was also duly impressed when I was given the grand tour of Nurse's entire facility, I had no idea it covers such a large area and offers any service a new car owner could want! Your lounge area is a wonderful idea and I will not minding waiting there, while my car is being serviced in the future. When I picked up my car another gentleman sat next to me and went over the function of the various knobs and buttons, as well as OnStar and Sirius. I had occasion to return to the dealership recently to go over some questions and he was happy to help me again. Overall, purchasing my new car was a very easy and pleasant experience. I love my new Cruze!!! Thank you Blair and Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac.
