Very attentive to our needs; does not use pressure tactics at all; always looking for solutions; overall Blair and Nurse has been very good to deal with. That's why we came back!!

Was helpful to provide some FYI's about insurance claims as this was the first time we went through this (we were in an accident where the car was totalled). Ensured we were provided estimates based on new vs used purchases and showed us the benefits of going new again. Provided us with all the information we needed to ensure we understood what new features were standard on the 2015 (they were "extra's" on the 2011 we previously owned). Ensured we sat with a product specialist to explain the new features on the touch screen display, phone, radio, OnStar, etc. Lisa did a great job here and was very patient while we dealt with OnStar transferring over our old account to the new vehicle. Sales manager who wrote up the loan information was also very helpful and respectful (sorry - don't remember his name) in that my wife was still quite sore from the accident and he didn't keep us longer than was absolutely necessary.
