Everything was handled incredibly professionally. What I found especially great was their service stations, so leaving the lot isn't the last time you visit, and every time you leave after service, it feels like the first.

Blair is always great to work with. He is prepared,considerate of our needs and always listens. Blair is very respectful and has a good sense of humour. Very important when investing Ina vehicle. Our appointments are always on time. We have known Blair about 5 years and would return to purchase a car specifically from him.

I am greatly appreciative of the shuttle service provided to me, or perhaps I should say my vehicle, when I was unable to drive and required a service appointment. The thoughtfulness of this service will keep me coming back!

Peter is very helpful and courteous. I never felt that I was being pressured to make a decision and feel that I got a very good deal for my Chevy Cruze.

Brought the car in for an oil change. Service was fine, and actually fairly quick compared to the last few times. I was trying to get some work done in the waiting area and was interrupted by two young employees yelling at each other at the desk. This yelling included profanity. It did interrupt me briefly, but I was in complete shock that your employees don't have the self-discipline to keep from dropping f-bombs within earshot of customers. Completely unprofessional.

The process was fairly seemless and went very well. Aside from the lengthy wait for the PanAm vehicle to arrive (which was not the fault of Nurse Chevrolet as I understand it) everything else was very well done.
