I had minor damage to my bumper. Due to the $1000 deductible I had to pay and damage relitivly unnoticeable I was hesitant to fix it. That being said the alignment of the bumper is out 3/8 on an inch from one side to the other. I will be bringing it in this week after work for it to be looked at. I expect that Nurse will make good on this oversight as ive only heard good things about your shop.

made appointment on wrong date called back next day person very accommodating new appointment without out any hassle explained to service rep. things to be done when done call back on schedule perfect that's the way it should be run not like at this place.

Great customer service from the service advisor, shuttle driver and cashier upon check-out. They were able to get my car in early and complete several things including a recall fix of which I was not aware. Thank you!!

I was able to make an appointment for the same day, and my issue was fixed quickly. The staff are always pleasant to deal with and they make it a good experience every time.

As for a quote last Saturday at 9:30 am for new winter tires and steel rims. Car was bought at Nurse so they should know what was needed. I was told they'd call back in a hour. After 3 hrs I called and was told part department did not have the quote and they would call me. Called on Tuesday at 4:30 pm and told quote still not ready and would get back to me today (Wednesday). I cannot understand in a world of computes why this would take so long. I can understand a couple of hour and if really busy maybe a 1/2 day, but it should not take 5 days to get a simple quote for something that should be standard. Have decided to take my business elsewhere. If you want something done in timely fashion, don't count on Nurse Service to do that for you.

Previous dealerships hadn't looked into the issue to fix my car but the team at Nurse did and I appreciate that. The service writer I had, Cameron, was honest and told me the schedule was a bit behind and ensured I had a vehicle to replace mine. He als explained what the problem had been and how they fixed it - I really appreciated that.
