Just bought a 2011 Mazda 3 from here for a great price for the vehicle I got, the service was amazing, Henning was polite and very helpful with helping me purchase this car as it was my first ever time buying a car from a dealership, and all around it was a great experience, this dealership definitely will be my first choice for the next time I decide to purchase a new vehicle.

Great experience at Barrhaven Mazda! Abbas was kind, welcoming, reasonable, and fair. Sam was great at sharing warranty information without being pushy or aggressive about any of it. Would absolutely return for my next car.

I just purchased a used Mazda CX-30. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful, and not pushy at all since it is my first time purchasing a car. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Sam was also very helpful during the experience. I would definitely come back again in the future.

We recently had an experience with this car dealership that left me extremely disappointed. While the salesperson was kind and helpful, the positive experience ended there. We had finalized the car and nearly made the deal, even paying a $1,000 deposit. Upon reviewing the papers, we discovered the dealership had added an admin fee of $599 and a Carfax report fee of $70—despite the Carfax report being advertised as free on the website. It raised the question: why were we being charged for the Carfax report? We reached out to other dealerships, and none of them mentioned such a fee. When we questioned these charges and asked for them to be removed, we were told they wouldn't be. The major issue, however, was with the finance manager. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. He seemed to act as if he was doing us a favor by selling us the car. When we questioned the unnecessary fees, his response was dismissive. When we mentioned that we would be paying in full, suddenly an extra $1,000 charge was added, and he insisted the interest rate would be no less than 9.99%. Previously, he had mentioned it could go as low as 8.99%. His behavior showed clear stubbornness and lack of flexibility. As customers, we have every right to ask about and challenge these fees, but the finance manager made us feel like we were the problem. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I wish I could have spoken directly with the store manager to address these issues.

We had a great experience purchasing a new car from Abbas and the awesome team at Mazda. Abbas was super kind and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We absolutely love the vehicle we purchased and know we will be in good hands when it needs to have work done by the service team at Barrhaven Mazda.

We bought a new CX-30 from there a few months ago, and during recent very low temperatures, I was a dumb-dumb and caused some damage to the seal-trim on the moonroof. It was all my fault, and I told this to the people in Barrhaven Mazda Service. They let our vehicle thaw there overnight, and then within an hour, had it totally fixed, AT ZERO COST. Seriously, the best service on MY mistake ever! Big thank you especially to Zena and Blair!!
