Had an amazing time with the crew at Jim Thompson Chrysler, as a first time buyer I had no idea what to do or how to even go about buying a car. The group there made the process as easy as possible with help and advice every step of the way in particular Chris White with the sales team helped enormously with the whole process. Dealt with Mark on a used vehicle purchase. He knew the inventory, understood my preferences, amd matched me to a great vehicle. Open communication and despite an internal dealership crossed wire (the fifth star) that they did their best to overcome we came to a deal. I'd absolutely deal with Mark for my next purchase!
