My commuter vehicle of 7 years died on me and left me in a tight spot for wheels. I was connected with Sai, who put me in a perfect vehicle not even a week after I lost my previous car. Sai is kind, passionate, intelligent, diligent and most importantly, I got the impression that he cared more about helping me and finding the right vehicle than he cared about making a sale. I don’t write google reviews unless I feel compelled to. With that being said, I would strongly recommend anyone looking for new wheels- new or used- to consider Jackson’s Toyota and if possible ask for Sai. Could not be more thrilled with my new car and the service I received from both Sai and his management team.

Toyota Jackson is one of the best dealerships in Ontario. After checking many other places, I returned to them after two years to upgrade my car because no one else matched my first experience. Mathew Mitchell and Danielle Hay are an amazing team — honest, helpful, and never pushy. They provide clear information, keep the same great attitude before and after the deal, and truly serve both their company and their customers.

I recently purchased a Corolla Cross Hybrid from Jackson’s Toyota, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I needed the car quickly for work purposes, and Sai, my salesperson, truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and proactive. He understood my urgency and worked tirelessly to make sure I got the car in under a month — something I didn’t think would be possible. Sai kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I felt supported and valued throughout the whole experience. Everyone at Jackson’s Toyota was also kind and welcoming, but Sai really made the difference. If you're looking to buy a car, I highly recommend asking for him.
