We bought a used Rav4 hybrid. I dealt with Ishpreet, who is very polite, genuine and very accessible. He was not pushing too hard to make it a negative experience yet he was willing to share information about other cars that we were comparing in other dealerships. He truly made the difference in getting this car. His manager, Amir, is another very nice and very understanding gentleman who went above and beyond to secure a good price for us. Overall the experience with Jackson’s has been wonderful. I’ll recommend my family and friends to come to this dealership and specifically ask for Ishpreet and Amir going forward. Thank you to everyone who made our experience a pleasant one!

Drove 3 hours to see a truck that had been on their lot for a month. Spent an hour and a half negotiating and right as we are about to finalize deal the manager tells me the A/C isn’t working in the truck… I asked several times before I came whether there were any issues with the truck. I was told the truck was in perfect condition. The manager even admitted they knew the AC was an issue since day one. Very dishonest and a complete waste of my time and money driving 6 total hours..

My experience with Lucy was very positive at Jackson’s Toyota. She was patient and knowledgeable in handling my questions. The financing team was also very accommodating. I am optimistic that my future experience with the service department will be as smooth.
