Wud have gave 5 stars , but nah . Went back and asked about something was broken , forget about the scratches that I saw , but that was my fault I didn't checked the car throughly. The sales rep said I did it and it was not their before . I mean like dude seriously, and the tone was from very polite ( when selling the car) to rude ( after it was sold) . Don't promise u will message a video or call back or will discuss and call back and then IGNORE COMPLETELY. UNACCEPTABLE AND UTTERLY IMMATURE

Great dealership and people. We have worked with Dmitry . He is very reliable and responsible. He takes time to explain to you everything if you have questions. He is pleasant to work with and provides good service. We have purchased a vehicle from Jackson's Toyota and would recommend it as a great place to come and see .

Extremely disappointing experience with the service department at this Toyota dealership. I visited them with dashboard lights on, and they managed to squeeze me in for a same-day diagnosis, which was the only positive aspect. However, their diagnosis only involved scanning codes and resetting them, failing to identify the actual cause of the issue. To add insult to injury, they charged me for this incomplete diagnosis. The next day, the lights came back on, and I returned to the dealership, only to be told that I'd need to pay an additional $500 for further diagnosis. Unbelievable! I took my business elsewhere and found a local mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the issue in one visit. The contrast in service was night and day. I would strongly advise against using this dealership for service. They seem more interested in charging you for incomplete work than actually fixing your vehicle."
