They post misleading information for the cars they have. Always double-check the products you by from them. I was told that the suv they have only 15,000 km on and when I reached there the product advisor told me that the it is more than 100000 kms on it. I had to drive 3 hrs to reach there and the manager never even apologised for the mistake.Sales person is not at all professional in selling cars. Had the worst customer experience and Never recommed them.

After a long process of searching for cars and waiting for an outcome from my insurance company, I made my way to Jackson's Toyota one evening to test drive one of the used cars on the lot. Long story short, the first car I test drove did not end up being "the one" but I want to recognize how friendly and solution focused Keelan was at helping me find my new (used) car quickly! Fast forward a few days later, and there were issues with the battery and a rattle that had shaken my confidence in the experience. BUT, an email to Keelan and the subsequent experience with Service Manager, Tara, quickly assured me I was in good hands. Tara was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to reimburse the new battery purchase. She had my car diagnosed at Honda (which built my trust in Toyota even more because my purchase was a Honda Fit), within a couple of days. Her team kept me in the loop the whole time, and I received a call with a diagnosis and the promise to cover the repair costs. I had my car back to me quickly and left the experience feeling validated and assured in the high level of customer service that they provided. My last vehicle purchase was over 7 years ago at domestic car dealership down the street where I was forced to advocate and fight for my consumer rights at an elevated level. I fully prepared to have to do this again with Jackson's Team and I was surprised (and told Tara this) that she was already working on making sure my concerns were taken care of before I even had a chance to explain my case. After four months of test driving cars at other lots, doing market research and exploring options, I know the used car buying experience can be daunting - and Jacksons Toyota's (Tara's) responsiveness to my needs certainly alleviated the stress and worry associated with finding a car!

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Rick Henderson, the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with in any business! He was the most forthcoming, honest, and patient person at Jackson’s Toyota I dealt with. He was very transparent when answering questions and providing information and went above and beyond what is expected to ensure I was an informed and educated buyer. Due to the vehicle and recalls, he needed to liaise with multiple different individuals within the dealership and never hesitated to do so…and always with a smile on his face. I would highly recommend anyone going to Jackson’s Toyota ask for Rick, because as a business, I’d want him dealing with as many customers/potential buyers as possible!!! Thank you Jackson’s and more specifically Rick Henderson, I hope his hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and unfortunately, my experience with our sales agent, Lucy, was less than satisfactory. From the start, Lucy seemed impatient with us and our questions, even though we clearly communicated that this was our first time buying a brand-new car and we would have many questions. Throughout the process, she relentlessly texted and called until we agreed to sign the paperwork. However, once the paperwork was signed, communication from her dropped off entirely. It became difficult to get her to respond to important last-minute details that were needed to ensure we could take delivery of the vehicle on time. Throughout the entire process, we felt like an inconvenience to her. She was not very welcoming, and often walked away without explanation, leaving us unsure of what was happening. At times, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, this experience made what should have been an exciting moment feel stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend working with Lucy if you’re looking for a smooth and welcoming car-buying experience. I spoke with the manager about this review, and I was asked to remove it to prevent it from affecting their rating. However, I will not be removing it, as it accurately reflects our experience with Lucy, an employee at Jackson Toyota. My intention is not to deter people from visiting Jackson Toyota, but rather to share our experience with a specific sales representative in hopes that it can serve as an opportunity for improvement.

I picked up my new 2025 Rav 4 XLT Premium Hybrid from Chris Humby at Jackson Toyota today. Chris made this purchase a wonderful experience from the first day I walked into the dealership until today when I picked up my brand new car. Chris was in constant contact with me and was quick to respond to my calls. He answered all my questions (And I had a lot of questions). Walked in and was met by Kathleen Moore who was very nice and took the time to listen to my needs. She found me the truck and went and retrieved it to go on a test drive. She wanted a deposit right away however I told her until a contract was written up with all my needs I would not give a deposit. Kathleen kept in contact with me throughout the process which started on a Friday and the deal was made Monday morning. I would recommend Kathleen to anyone looking for a vehicle and she is willing to help meet your needs. Even after my purchase she had helped me with little things I inquired about. Thank you Kathleen for all your help with my purchase.
