They made me go in there three times before I picked up the vehicle. And made me wait over an hour to see the person that was trying to upsell me in extra warranty. I have bought many Toyotas from dealers all over and never had this happen.

Purchased a 2025 Grand Highlander hybrid, drove almost 1000km and hybrid system failed, still in the shop as writing this review (Over a month). No repair date in site, its "out of their hands"

Sai was friendly and informative. When I had doubts or concerns he eased them by validating them and answering all my questions. When he didn’t have the answers I needed he found someone who could (ie financing concerns). What I loved was his personal touch. He would send me little videos that kept my interest while I contemplated the big buy. I have to say if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be driving this beautiful Toyota Rav 4 right now! Thanks Sai … you are the best!!!
