Long Review PLEASE DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM. My agony started from the day I finalized a pre owned car from their Sales Rep : HAILEY. While finalizing, I asked for 4 things -Free 3 oil changes, Balancing, Wiper blade change and detailing which were to be done before the delivery. Hailey agreed to all of those and told me that these things are all done and car is ready for pick up (on delivery day). I picked up the car and was told that a new detailer is yet to join and I can come after 10 days for detailing (to which I agreed). As I left the dealership and as I drove got to know that there was vibration in the car - it had not been balanced. After a week it rained and upon using the wipers got to know that wiper blades had not been changed. 10 days after, I gave them my car for detailing (for a whole day). They fixed the balancing and no detailing was done as the service department was not told to do so - I called their general manager (Troy) and He said I should come after a month again to get this done and when I told him that even the balancing was not done (before delivery)-He was explaining me that it was done and after 10 days the balancing was needed again because of pot holes on the city. He was explaining like I am a child and I would fall for his bull***t. After a month I contacted Hailey for the appointment and got an appointment of 10 days after, went there for detailing the service manager (Gene) had no clue of the appointment. He showed me -there was no mail from Hailey about the appointment. SERIOUSLY after all that she did not even send a mail for the appointment. Also, Gene showed me there were no oil changes added in the system. After showing him messages from conversation with Hailey, Gene was generous enough to get all the things sorted for me.
