For the most part I had good experience overall, until certain staff at the service department decided to be rude, to the point of being insulting and agressive. Not coming back.

Big thanks to Troy Smith at Leggat Acura on Brant for helping me get into my 2025 TLX TYPE S. He made the whole process super easy and was always there to answer my questions. My first experience dealing with Acura on Brant was October 2024 it was by far the best service that I ever had any where. My second was April 9th that to was beyond my expectation.

Recently brought my Acura MDX to Acura on Brant for a recall campaign service. I dealt mostly with Gene from the service department and he was very helpful, polite and professional. They serviced my vehicle in the estimated time and provided me with a complimentary Uber service to and from Brantford. I cant say enough good things about this dealership, I will be servicing my vehicle at this location going forward. Thanks again.
