I only get my 2018 Honda Civic serviced at Brantford Honda. Great staff, and they always take good care of my car. If you’re looking for top level customer service, look no further!

Dale Kemp was excellent! He’s pleasant, fast and knows his stuff. They took my car right in, did a speedy oil change and washed my car. Dale advised that my summer tires are at the end of their life and said to come I to get a quote.

Really happy with my experience here - this was my first time financing a vehicle so I spent months figuring out what car would work best for me. I was fortunate to have Het (Hetkumar Patel) guide me through the whole process which made everything seamless and stressfree. Hetkumar helped us get our new used crv. He worked hard to help us make a good deal... however after receiving the vehicle and trying to set everything up, I discovered that he had given me false information on features of the vehicle. When test driving I had asked about Google maps/ navigation and he told me that I would just have to plug my phone in to the car and use android auto and it would work. When trying to set this up it never worked. Turns out this year of vehicle isn't compatible. I also noticed that whom ever detailed the vehicle did a spectacular job on the seats and the carpet, however there was some weird grease around both seat belts and make up on the sun visor and many dirty spots on the ceiling (white ceiling interior)

I bought my 2023 Honda CR-V Sport from Brantford Honda, and it has been a very frustrating journey with their service department. A few months after purchase, the reverse camera on the infotainment system started showing black and white instead of color. I reported it, and they replaced the camera — but the issue came back. I had to go there 4 to 5 times, and each time they just replaced the camera without giving a permanent solution. I asked my service advisor, Mr. T*r, for a real fix. Finally, he told me it was a software update issue — which was not available and he had no idea when it would be. I followed up multiple times, only to receive rude and disrespectful replies, he spoke very harshly, telling me to stop disturbing him and that he couldn't do anything more. I even visited the dealership and spoke to the sales advisor in person, who joined me in speaking to Mr. T***r, but his behavior remained extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to suffer for over a year, with no real solution and continued mental stress from poor customer care. We later moved to Alberta, and I visited Alberta Honda. Within two days, they understood and resolved the issue professionally — something Brantford Honda couldn’t do in a whole year. I do NOT recommend Brantford Honda’s service department. The staff is unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. They caused unnecessary stress for something that could have been fixed easily. If you care about good service, avoid this place. Thank you Alberta Honda for handling things the right way.
