Purchased a new Honda… Hayden Taylor-Broadley was our sales person. Hayden went above & beyond in our opinion! Excellent customer service from him. Hayden answered all my text messages instantly even though it was his “off day” at work! After picking up my vehicle, I still text Hayden with questions & he instantly gets back to me! The sales department was super good and informed of most things, i dealt directly with will and he did a super job even paid for a hat when i bought the car, on the other hand one lady in finance was nice-ish at first but then when i declined the extended warranty she became totally sour and was basically rushing me out which was fine with me since i couldnt deal with her attitude any longer.

We scheduled an appointment for 2 pm to view a vehicle, but after driving over 45 minutes, Hayden Taylor informed us that it had been sold. This was frustrating, especially since we had booked a specific time slot. My question is, why didn't Hayden Taylor contact us beforehand to avoid wasting both our time? Very poor Communication skills. Definitely would not recommend this dealership
