Had a flat tire and called in the morning. I was informed that emergency walk-ins would be accommodated. I came in about 2:30 p.m., after road assistance service helped me to install spare tire. Service staff was not welcoming, implying that i should not have been informed that i can walk in, even for emergency. I was informed that priority is given to appointments, which is understandable. Was informed that no shuttle service can be offered to get back to work, and I have to just wait and not talk much about anything else. I felt like I was being brushed off and decided to leave, take my chances, and walk into Image Honda instead, which is close to where I live. I arrived at 4 PM l, and the service staff was welcoming, attentive, looked at flat tire immediately, and gave me instant feedback. I usually do not make reviews, but i am giving this review because I can easily tell the difference in customer service and compare it after I walked into Image Honda.

Ryan was awesome to do business with. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He certainly knows his stuff. He is loyal as well as we bought a car from him years ago and was happy to see he was still a part of the company.

This is my fifth car leased through this dealership, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I drive in from out of town specifically because the level of service here is unmatched. The team always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about taking great care of their customers. ⭐️ On February 3rd, while on Honda Brantford’s lot, my SUV suffered significant front-end damage caused by a Honda employee who failed to clear snow off a vehicle they were moving. Honda initially accepted responsibility and agreed to cover the cost of repairs, referring me to The Touch Up Spot. Shortly after the damage was assessed, Honda changed their position on covering the repair costs. After some back and forth, they did again eventually do the right thing and covered the repair costs. I dropped my SUV off on February 18th and finally picked it up on April 30th. While The Touch Up Spot was great to deal with, delays in sourcing parts from GM meant the repairs took over 10 weeks — again, no fault of the repair shop. During this time, I was left without a vehicle. Honda never offered a rental or reimbursement for one, despite the damage being entirely their responsibility. Although I’m grateful they covered the repair costs, I’m extremely disappointed to still be out over $2,000 of my own money for rental vehicles — all because of an accident that should not have happened in the first place. For a company the size of Honda, I expected better customer care and support during what turned into a very stressful and drawn out experience. Accidents happen, but how a company handles the aftermath is just as important.

I received excellent service for my acura with Brantford Honda. The acura dealer I went to with an urgent problem told me it'll be a 3 week wait, so I was thankful that Brantford Honda was able to accommodate me quickly. Everything was fixed up promptly and Neil in particular was excellent in his communication with me and very helpful with troubleshooting. Will definitely bring my car here again

Quite simply excellent! Always met with genuine smiles from the service staff . We had difficulty with one key since leasing our 2024 Civic and mentioned it to the service staff who arranged to wipe and reload both our keys . Keeping our fingers crossed that this will resolve the problem.
