I bought a car from here a month ago and the customer service was non-existent from the start. When I finally signed the papers, they couldn’t even find my car key because they mixed it up with someone else’s. I had to wait an extra hour and 40 minutes for them to go get the correct key. I was patient, didn’t even complain. But they gave me the car completely covered in snow, with the door handles frozen shut. Not even a snack or glass of water was offered while I waited almost two hours after buying a car there. Fast forward three weeks later, the heat in the car stops working. I paid $500 for an extended warranty that covers repair costs if something breaks after 30 days. So I book a service appointment, and they say they’ll call back to confirm. Guess what? They ghosted me completely. No follow-up, no voicemail (even though I asked for that), nothing. They only seemed to know how to call me when it was time to take my money. Conveniently, they waited until after the 30 days expired and then told me to “call my insurance.” Meanwhile, I’ve been driving in sub-zero conditions with no heat; frozen feet, frozen hands, and a frozen windshield. I’m a business owner and I rely on my car to show up for my clients. This is what my windshield looked like during an ice storm on the highway because of their total lack of care and responsibility. (They told me if I get it fixed myself they wouldn't cover the repair cost so I was completely depending on them to schedule an appointment) And the other picture is the car upon delivery (after having to wait outside while they remove the snow from it when they could've done it while I was waiting for 2 hours) This place does not care about you once the sale is done. Do NOT buy a car here. Ever.

Beware of This Business! I Would give 0 Stars. I had a terrible experience with this company that resulted in them stealing $950 from me. On the day of delivery, I brought cash for a deposit, and a staff member named Chloe counted the money with me. We agreed on the deposit amount, but then Chloe insisted that a second count was necessary away from me. When she returned, she claimed $950 was missing. I spoke with the service manager, Mathieu Dugas, who dismissed my concerns and claimed there were no cameras to verify the transaction. He couldn't help me at all. When I confronted them about the missing money, they lied and denied any wrongdoing. The next day, I tried to explain my side to the general manager, but he was rude, arrogant, and more interested in putting words in my mouth than listening to my concerns. He ended the meeting by throwing me out of his office. This business lacks integrity and accountability. I would strongly advise against trusting them with your money!
