Cela fait maintenant près de deux mois que j’ai acheté mon véhicule chez eux. Avant la livraison, ils s’étaient engagés à débosseler une porte, mais à ma grande surprise, cela n’avait pas été fait lors de la remise du véhicule. On m’a alors assuré qu’on me contacterait rapidement pour fixer un rendez-vous afin de corriger cela. Depuis, je n’ai reçu aucun appel. J’ai dû me rendre sur place pour tenter de prendre un rendez-vous, mais on m’a dit que la personne responsable était en vacances et qu’on me rappellerait. Encore une fois, aucun retour. J’ai laissé plusieurs messages, sans réponse à ce jour. Cela fait donc maintenant deux mois que je relance sans succès. Extrêmement déçue et mécontente, service après-vente quasiment inexistant, on ne retourne à peu près aucun de mes appels, on ignore mes messages, on ne m'explique rien de ce qui est fait sur mon véhicule suite à une supposé réparation sous garantie, les problèmes se multiplient. Lorsqu'on veut acheter un véhicule, ils font tout pour nous satisfaire, mais une fois que c'est fait, on peut oublier la qualité du service, aucune explication, RIEN. Si j'avais su, JAMAIS je n'aurais acheté mon véhicule avec Automobile en direct. Je suis extrêmement insatisfaite. Sincèrement, 0/10 pour le "après-vente"... Great service and help from all at automobile en direct!! The one downside is that they refer you to all-star insurance rep that finds you the "best" insurance for your vehicle with a women named valerie. She has great customer service and info but not the best price by far as I was able to find insurance at 80$ less than what she quoted from her findings.
