I am not impressed with the service I received. I brought my car in because the windshield wash fluid was leaking. I waited for 2 hours just for Honda to determine that the pump and gromett needed to be replaced. They did not have the parts to fix the issue. I had to pay $99.29 which was frustrating when the issue was not fixed. Todd told me Honda would get the parts in next week and would contact me to bring the car back in. That did not happen, Todd finally contacted me after 2 months since I brought the car in asking if I still wanted to get fixed. So you mean to tell me it takes Honda over 2 months to get parts or did Todd just forget about me? Anyway, I am not impress with Todd and the service at all.

My husband and I came here last October and bought a new car. Brandie was our sales woman. She is so kind and so helpful. She really did her best to explain everything, and help us the best she could. We’ve since come back a few times for maintenance. I come say hello to her, and also ask her any questions I have when I’m here. She’s always extremely helpful when I come, does everything she can to get all the info needed to answer my questions, and as quickly as possible. I very much appreciate her and everything she has done for us. I love talking to her, and feel very comfortable asking her anything. I know I’ll always get the info I need. I highly recommend Brandie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

Jeff Slawich made buying my first dealership car great. I always had Facebook marketplace specials and was a little hesitant about a dealership worrying they would be pushy for the sale. Recently purchased a 2025 CRV and had an amazing experience with the salesperson, Hayden. Hayden made us feel comfortable immediately and was never pushy. We also appreciated that Danielle in the finance dept was so thorough when going over all the options etc. Overall there is an amazing team here at Honda Brantford and we will be coming here for years to come!
