Everyone at St Albert Dodge was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy. Brad and Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend going to see them if you are in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

Unmotivated service department. Was told id be in and out in under a half hour. Nearly 1.5 hours later still sitting in an empty waiting room. Its a nightmare to lose the better part of a business day in town waiting for something i can do myself in less than 15 min. My GM truck i am in and out in less than 20 minutes every single time, with a car wash, and if i need to drop the truck off they give me a rental or loaner to do my running around.

Bought a vehicle from dealership, that came with a free oil change and detail service. Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance, took the car in at 10am. Received a call later stating that they could only do the oil change. As aggravating as that was we asked if they could keep the vehicle over night and finish the detailing in the morning. They agreed to do that. So around 2pm the next day we call asking when we can pick up our vehicle, they said it would be ready for pick up at 4:00pm. We arrive at 4:20 and the vehicle is still not ready. Told us it would be done around 5, 5:30. Horrible service. Covid or not , honour your appointments.

10 out of 10. Perfect place for buying a car without sleezy sales guys. They really take care of you here. Ask for Daniel or Evan and they will look after you.
