Great service and really worked with me with the price This is the third car we have bought from empire auto and has been a great experience Thanks again empire auto Pete Smith Owner of millpond tap and grill Now it is 5 days later and I have been super disappointed I'm Audi q5 that I bought from them a month and 5 days ago the repairs light came on so I took it back to empire and they told me it need a 1400 dollar part that's with labour So when I bought the car I bought the silver warranty which I was told covers a new engine but for some reason doesn't cover this part Also I was told if anything happened to car within a month they would cover it They told me it was past the month and the owner would only cover half but the thing was I called about it before the month but was told they couldn't get it in until this time So yes I don't think I will ever buy a car again from this place it is sad a couple of days and they can't help It what it is Service manager there is awesome and not his fault So last post and it is a great one we pick up the and I tomorrow and the owner came through so I truly thank u I would buy a car any day from this guys Thanks for conk g through Pete

I dealt With Aman Saini She was great I traveled from Windsor Ontario to get my car here and she was helpful the whole way through. i recommend this place to anyone in Ontario close enough

Sam helped me initially when I arrived at the springbank location. I took my vehicle out for a test drive and pretty soon afterwards I felt confindent that this was the car I wanted to finance and trade in my van for. The process was handled in a timely manner by Johna and Matt. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they got me the best deal and are professional and I would recommend to go check them out because they are very good and easy to do business with :) Thanks guys for all your help! I love my 2014 Hyundai Accent and so do my kids :) I have had the vehicle on the road for a couple of weeks without any issues and the gas mileage is fantastic and just what I was looking for!

At this point all I can give it is a 1 if I had my choice it would be a -10. I'm not going to give a detailed review as I'm in the middle of trying to come to some kind of resolution with the general manager of some sorts. This is all because of the service that Matt Crann did for me and it is for the lack of professionalism, customer service and treatment and the location is at 282 Springbank Dr. I would stir anyone away from dealing with Mr. Crann and seek anyone else to be your sales person. If you need one call and ask for Toufic as he is the G.M. and he will direct you to one. Stay tuned for a complete outline of events and the outcome with the G.M. and BBB in the weeks ahead.
