Car not there to see after appointment was made 3 days prior, and confirmed the day before. Asking to finance a car with her sight unseen, but I could come look at the car after the owners done with it for the weekend. * experience was at dundas and veterans location *

Excellent service. Employees are friendly and helpful. I am beyond happy with my new vehicle. Kareem Soufan was super friendly and went out of his way to get me the best deal possible in terms of price,warranty etc. Very very pleased!!!!!!

Matt Crann went above and beyond, from the first day to the day of pick up of the car. Keep me updated on a regular basis while he looked for the best financial company, even at one point he came to my home so I could sign the papers as I had no way to get to the office. I know where I am going for my next vehicle. Thanks again Matt and sorry for the delay in posting the review

I recently bought a GMC Terrain from Empire Auto. Great choice! The vehicle is in awesome shape, I couldn't be more pleased.
