I Completely think they should move to a different city because they have no customer service promise they all are all thieves and just want their cut and after four months your car will break down

This is the WORST dealership Ever! It does not even desserve 1 star. I test drove a vehicle from them and while driving it kept on having the check engine oil light on and off...they said that was a very easy fix and it will be gone when if u buy it. I trused them the sales agent name was Adam he now works at the southdale motor location...anyways i ended up buying it and 1 hour after driving it home the light came on again and starts beeping. I called Adam and he said to bring it in the next day to look at it. So i drove another 1hr to drive there and Adam said he does not deal with it and I should talk to the magager that is incharge of repairs his name was Darrel...Darrel has the most worst and rude customer service i have expirenced. Darrel said i cant look at it today i have no time now so bring it tomorrow. So again i drove the next day another 1hr and i waited for Darrel for 10-20 mins and than he said we are to busy and no room for ur car today and did not care at all...he said to book another appointment i told him i drive so far away and i cant keep doing this everyday and i just bought the car he said "its not my problem and i cant do anything". Thay couple months later they finaly got back to me and said its gonna cost me $7000.00 to replace the engine. To end it all i ended up getting rid of the crappy vehicle and going thru a legit dealer that dont put profit before customer experince. If anyome reads this do not trust these snakes and two face sales comission greedy sales team espicially Adam.

purchase a new vehicle from Nick and the Empire Auto Group, incredible experience, such a wonder guy. Made everything so easy from start to finish. i will be sending all my family and friends to Nick and Empire auto!

Iv'e had nothing but an amazing experience from the whole team at their east location! welcomed in by the owner nick and asked what i would like to drink, kareem was my sales person who was nothing but amazing without the help from toufic their finance manager i wouldn't be driving out in my brand new 2015 dodge caravan! thank you guys so much! it was an amazing experience
