My car service was not done. I took it to show my friend and oil was not changed.

I am doing my car service last 20 years at Jonker honda. This time I was notsatisfied. My car service lights were not reset. I had to visit to get them reset. My friend checked the oil condition and showed me it was bad.

It was a pretty ordinary job, dealt with OK, polite enough etc. The customer waiting area is too noisy and I wish there was cream (not powder) for the coffee

See summary experience plus 20 words here as well, sometimes I think businesses present a sense of insecurity with all these feel good surveys, no complaints equals satisfied customer, I rely on you folks for my car's road worthiness equals good job keep it up :-)
