Younes was verry helpfully in making sure I got to therroughly inspect and make sure my used car was in tip top shape before purchasing. Would definately recommend.

Worst service center ever. I gave the car for service and they have done the oil change but didn't updated the status of oil change in the car. I am not even sure if they really changed the oil or just kept the way it was. I even have an issue with Android Kia and mentioned them to take a test drive to see the issue. But they didn't even tested and said everything is fine and mentioned to do updates on our own. Where when I went to other store they checked from their side and said it was all good with the updates but the android system needs to be changed.

Highly recommend Hussein at Bank Street Kia, amazing customer service! Hussein is patient, calm, and very professional. He explained everything in the process of buying my Kia Rio. What stood out in this experience here is that there was no pressure compared to other dealers. And that truly made all the difference. We negotiated a deal, and I walked away happy! I will definitely look him up when I purchase my next Kia!
