If I could give a negative million stars I would. I really feel bad for all the new Kia car owners, I really wish people did their research before even going near any of their cars or dealers! Haven't you noticed their service centers are always over booked and full to capacity. Anyhow to my real review, this is the second dealership service center I tried. This whole company and their service centers are a bunch of crooks. My warranty is almost up so guess who is getting the "black"listed treatment. My 2019 Kia Forte has been giving me problems and each time I took it for service I was sent away like a crazy person. So I found my own mechanic so I could stay away from these demonic crooks. My check engine light came on a few weeks ago and my own mechanic told me it's was my transmission. I take it to the Kia crooks and after keeping my car for over 24 hours they tell me that my mechanic checking the codes voided my warranty and they sent me home with THREE different transmission codes claiming they were in history and couldn't be retrieved. I swear these positive reviews are paid for on here. These people are crooks and have given me the worst anxiety I've had in my life. The worst thing I've ever done was buy a Kia! Run while you can. Oh and Leo at Bank Street service Kia is racist. He's the one who sent me home with THREE transmission codes. I think I hate this place more than my regular service center I hated. I regret bringing my car here.

Was approached by Kia Bank Street to purchase my Senior Mom’s car. They were courteous and professional and very nice to my Mom. They came to the house to pick up the car and drop off the cheque. Excellent Service by Ziyad at Kia Dealership I recently bought a Toyota from the Kia dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with Ziyad, their sales representative. Ziyad was amazing in suggesting suitable options within my budget and desired model. He patiently explained everything and gave me a close-up look at various car models. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding. If I ever want to buy another car in the future, Ziyad and the Kia Bank street dealership will be my first choice.

I put a deposit down on an suv that I was told would be delivered in “likely one month, at most three”. Four months later, I still don’t have a car but they never called to keep us in the loop. So we texted and called and called again until finally someone returned our call advising the car would be delayed until at least the new year because Kia Canada was withholding this model. Meanwhile though, they have 7 incoming listed on their website. I called some of the other kia dealerships in the area and there is no hold up in delivery. I just keep getting pushed to the bottom of the list because I waived the optional feature packages. They are literally selling the car they committed to me to any higher bidder.
