Good afternoon Tina, Our customer service is what we take pride in here at That Car Place, so we are over-the-moon ecstatic when we get a 5 star review that has to do with our customer service! We can not wait to give you this 5 star experience again, or anyone you send in to us!!

Hello Steve, We are confident that none of the staff were dishonest or misleading but in fact you were unhappy with our test drive policy. Our policy entails any test drives on sport vehicles or vehicles exceeding $20,000 must be accompanied by a salesman and if the vehicle is to be financed, that the financing process must be initiated to ensure pre-qualification as required by all lenders. In our case, you requested a test drive on a 2014 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 Convertible which is highly in demand and receive multiple requests on regular basis for test drives due to it being a sports car. As you have found that every dealer in the automotive industry follows similar protocol and unfortunately we are just 1 of many dealerships that also received 1 star reviews within a few hours of each other due to dealerships who follow this protocol and prevent a joy ride prior to finalizing purchase qualifications. This prevents individuals from going on joy rides and retains from the vehicle being abused. Again, its unfortunate you didn't agree with industry standard protocol and we could not conduct business. We are a high volume dealership that works hard to deliver the best quality vehicles and the only way to achieve that is to have our protocols in place. Good luck on your search. Thank you.

According to our records, we never received a call, or email for an offer to the said mentioned vehicle, and we do not have pressure sales that force you to buy it. We are not perfect, but no one is. We stock quality vehicles on average that are 1-5 years old and what is below that we do not specialize in, but we offer to the public.
