Not much to note. I only went for an oil change. Staff were great and friendly however don’t be fooled by their “30 minute or less express lane Oil Change” according to their website. They say once it goes into the technicians bay it will be 30 or less but it normally (at least with my experience) sits in the check in bay for a while. I have never been out of there in under an hour. Today’s oil change (nothing additional was done from the normal) was an hour and 10 minutes. That being said, I was warned that it would be about an hour. That’s pretty much my only complaint. Other than that, haven’t deal with them much except for service and all seems to go pretty smooth.

The dealership is massive, clean and great amenities. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Whitman fairly new salesman. He was eager and very helpful, well kempt and kind. I would highly recommend him. Sadly the dealership offered 25 percent less for my trade in then 3 other dealerships. So I could not go with them. But Andrew Whitman was awesome.

Brandon and the staff at South Trail Chrysler ensured that my purchasing experience was nothing less than stellar. I inquired about a vehicle and when I arrived to view it, it was waiting for me in the covered bay. Brandon provided me with all of the relevant details prior to the test drive. The purchase process was pleasant and hassle free. South Trail Chrysler also provided the option of having them facilitate the registration of my new vehicle. This eliminates the requirement to find a registry and avoid wait lines at no extra cost except for the normal transfer of plate fee. When I arrived for delivery, I was greeted by the delivery agent and she ensured that I was familiar with all of the details of the vehicle prior to the completion of the purchase. The end to end service was a great experience, which shows the the professionalism of this team.

South Trail Chrysler is one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. Andrew W (sales) is very friendly and knowledgeable and does whatever he can to get you into a vehicle that you'll love. As well Roger F (finance) does whatever he can to help get bank approvals and is also honest and excited about getting people into what they want. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with in buying my new truck.
