Connor made me feel taken care of and he even went the extra mile with putting the big bow on the car at pickup! I also didn’t feel pressured into anything like at other dealerships.Overall though the whole team was super nice and take care of you.

Had a great experience buying a new mini van for my growing family. Andrew was thorough showing me all the options to choose from and making sure we found the right one for us. Brad (sales manager) backed him up and made sure I was going to walk away completely satisfied. Brittany was fantastic as well doing up the finance and the final paperwork. Amazing team, stunning dealership!

We recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica through Nick Anderson. This was the first dealership that we had looked at and after spending four hours with Nick we knew we were in the right place! We returned after our initial visit and purchased our Pacifica and could not be happier. Nick is the most personable, honest and professional salesman we have ever worked with to purchase a new vehicle. He was not pushy and encouraged us to think about it before we committed. Once we had purchased the vehicle he offered a tutorial to explain the electronics and promised to provide support in the future if we needed it. It is his integrity that made the experience so positive for us. Thank you. We will certainly recommend this dealership and Nick to others in the future.

Felt like I was dealing with family and Brandon went above and beyond to make it the most positive experience.

We went on many excursions looking for the perfect car for our daughter turning 16. She found her perfect fit at Southtrail. From our first call to to picking up the car, Brandon took care to make sure everything was the most positive experience. Never have we experienced this at a dealership when buying any of our vehicles. Outstanding!!! We have and will tell many friends and family.

We went to this dealership first time and had not good experience with their finance manager Chad Mayles because he didn't explain all the areas properly. We recommend not to buy extra warranties from him because he will never give you the total number just tell you the small portion which will add in your weekly/biweekly/monthly payment. Guy name Brandan(Sales) is ok. Thanks

I had been looking around for a Ram 1500 for several weeks. Talking with Nick Anderson was a breath of fresh air. Of all the dealerships ( and sales people ) I had talked to over 3 weeks,he was the first sales person that was actually familiar with the new Ram 1500. Nick listened to what I was looking for and was able to find a truck that fit what I needed rather than try to sell me on what he had on his lot. Nick, Chad and their team worked hard to get me a great truck. Thanks
