My experience with this dealership and Alicia Perpete was absolutely stellar. From the initial call to delivering the van was second to none. Alicia made the experience enjoyable. To the point, honest and accurate. I could not ask for better service. Thank you Alicia. Lets do it again.

I visited South Trail Chrysler one evening where I met Alex Kubyshkn who was on his way home. Alex without a second thought asked me of my requirements and we arranged to meet the following day. From this point on nothing was a problem for Alex to resolve especially as I had just arrived in Canada from the UK. He not only helped with the car but also licensing, registration and insurance. Alex was excellent and I would recommend using South Trail Chrysler. I would also like to add that Chad Mayles was also extremely helpful with the financing.

So, I have only positive impressions from visiting this dealer. I bought a new Chrysler Pacifica car from this dealer and was very pleased. Special thanks to the manager Alex Kubyshkin, who helped determine the choice and answered a huge number of questions. I liked the level of service and customer care. And now I continue to remain a customer of this dealer and recommend!
