Good Job, Alicia

I needed a Jeep car and Alicia was great at explaining the models that helped me make a choice. I bought 2018 jeep Cherokee last year June, and was pleased the way she assisted me all the way through. I enjoyed her knowledge of company vehicles, her passion to help, and she continues with it long after the purchase. All my calls get responded to and I really value it. I believe the culture of the company is a good one being customer focused and professional. Looking back, I believe I made the right decision to buy from South Trail Chrysler.

I was looking for a new SUV and ended up with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude at South Trail Chrysler. I want to mention that the service was awesome, Alex got me a fantastic deal and provided with some important benefits - payment deferral and a good discount. I will definitely reference Alex as a best vehicle purchase experience to my friends!

Bought my last two 3500 Dodge Ram's from Alicia in Airdrie and really liked her professional service and was great to deal with. She was able to get me great pricing and everything was set up for when I picked up the truck. All questions answered etc. No worries. This is why I followed her to South Trail Chrysler to by my 2018 Ram. I will buy my next truck from Alicia as well! You have a very valuable employee!
