Came in spent some time looking for the righth price on an SUV and Alex the salesmen gave me extremely well service and went home with a vehicle I was satisfied with! Thank you Alex ! Will recommend ! Edit: gave a 5 star and turned to 1, so when I went home with the car, about 2 weeks later, I noticed the AC doesn’t work for the drivers side, blows hot air, car smelled like cigarettes since the day I bought it, was told car had Navigation , ended up being all lies, wouldn’t recommend this location, they really pushed the car on us to buy it, even though it wasn’t the one we wanted, similar one which was a v6 but ended up selling us the V4 with nothing on it, Make sure you check everything, and don’t make up your mind till your ready to be disappointed,

Sale reps aren’t overly pushy and will work with you to the best to their ability. Everyone was super friendly and had an understanding that this process is/can be stressful. On top of that everyone was incredibly trustworthy and gave me good and honest feedback throughout the process. Managed to pick up the truck I wanted at the price point I had provided. Was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle that day!!

I bought 2 Dodge Rams from South Trail back in September 2017. I did a lot of research and found that South Trail Chrysler offered the best deal. The dealer principal Mike is a great guy and Alicia in fleet sales was super friendly and great to deal with. I take the trucks back there for oil changes and maintenance and they always take care of me right away and fix any issues without question. Will be buying my next vehicle from them again!
