Car Service From entering the dealership, to picking my car back up, everything was smooth. I had zero wait times, and just felt that the entire process was a fantastic. It ran like a well oiled machine with zero snags. Great customer service too!

The team at Jonker Honda in Langley were helpful, professional and they were very quick to respond to any questions i had prior to, during and even after the sale of our new vehicle. Bonny, our salesperson was very thorough and made sure we understood every aspect of the sales process and did an outstanding job at explaining the various options available to us to help us decide what was best for us personally. He also did a very thorough walk-through of the vehicle to ensure we understood all of the accessories and safety features of our new 2017 CRV. Alan, the Sales Manager, worked with me at length to assist me in the purchase. He provided timely feedback on any financial questions I had so that I was confident I had made the right choice at an agreed price. One thing that I took from my experience dealing with these two gentlemen was that they were very knowledgeable and at no time did i ever feel like i was being "sold" to. Rather I walked away feeling I was being educated, which to me, is much more value added. I would not hesitate to purchase directly from Jonker Honda in Langley so long as they retain quality staff like Bonny and Alan.
