Vince was great! He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and kept my best interest in mind the entire time. Between him, the sales manager Jay, and Cassidee in finance, my experience was great. Will be back again when it's time for another vehicle.

I had a great experience with Aaron who helped me with buying a used Jeep. He wasn’t pushy with me at all! The service department also got me in right away to get my OPI and undercoating done. Eric who worked in the service department ensured that my concerns about the undercoating getting on my paint was taken care of. Overall, I had a great experience with the sales and service department. I would recommend to others and I’ll be back :)

I had a blown motor on my jeep and took it in to St. Albert dodge to get it replaced. They were the best option out of several other places I received quotes from. Great warranty, fast and friendly service. I had Richard as my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and my jeep got back to me as soon as possible. Great communication and even better customer service. Thanks guys!

The sales and finance team were great . Quick responses and easy to deal with . The service/inspection team however is useless. After purchasing the truck, I have had to do several thousand dollars (5K roughly) in maintenance. Albeit maintenance is to be expected, however had they actually looked at the vehicle Several of the issues could’ve and should have been rectified. It started out as a great experience left a sour taste .

Sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the maintenance items on the 2016 Ram you purchased. When we sell our used vehicles, we make sure to do the AMVIC certified inspection to ensure the safety items are all current as they were. When you purchased the truck and requested to have a few extra items taken care after the sale that didn’t fall within the scope of the safety inspection – the salesperson and sales managers tried to step up by including these additional services and a spare key (for a little over $1000) that we covered in hopes that it would lead to a positive experience with us. Wish you the best with your Ram 2500 going forward.
