Extremely good at sales. We purchased a brand new 10th anniversary Rebel X 2025 and the upgraded front and rear lighting animation which appears on the window sticker, the advertised specification and the website of both Ram and the dealership is not fitted to the vehicle. Worst still i raised a complaint and they have not even responded. These are over 3k worth of value and both Ram and the dealership want to claim its a simple error. If so how was it on the window sticker, the sales specification and the web pages. Con merchants. It is with my lawyer to resolve.

I wouldn't recommend going through this dealership. The individuals I was dealing with was very unprofessional to say the least. They say they will work there ass off to help you out . Then, they ghost you ! Try and get ahold of them and they just talk down to you and treat you like crap.

Simon is a fantastic man. Finance team did the impossible. If I could say anything I’d take the extra 20 minutes to be blessed by this dealership. By your next ride here. And the coffee is amazing.

If you are in the market for a vehicle . Then you should stop where other than St. Albert dodge and see nick marando . The nicest and best by far we have ever dealt with .
