I had a great experience buying my 2024 Ram 1500. Brayden was great to deal with. I’ll give 5 stars but if you take your vehicle in to get serviced keep track of your kms coming in and your kms when you pick it up. I figure if I buy a $70000 vehicle from them and they put on over 40kms during the service they are providing that I also paid for, they would put a bit of gas in it from the big tank they have right on their lot.

Good people working at St. Albert dodge no question about that . Make sure you specify 10 times what you need your vehicle for rather than how much you want to spend . They will give you the vehicle that match your budget but not the vehicle you ask for and for what purpose . I purchased a truck in order to pull x amount of weight and turns out after confirming with the dealership staff that I would have no problem pulling my rv . Truck specifications are totally false and guess what I can’t pull my travel trailer . Now I’m stuck with a truck that has no purpose to me . I would rather have not purchase the vehicle at all as they obviously don’t want to buy it back unless I purchase another one heavy duty that will pull my trailer at double the cost . Not sure what to say at this point but only that i need to sale this truck on my own now and hope not to loose too much money . Staff is great and helpful regardless of my disappointment.
