I suggest to stay away fro this dealership. Lack of knowledge how to fix cars, lack of customer dedication and satisfaction dominates this place. Main focus is on draining your pockets and the last focus is to fix your car.

Based on how our relationship has gone over the last several years, I wasn’t completely surprised to wake up Christmas morning and see your 1-star review. Our last correspondence was a full year ago in January, when we refunded you $1250 in full for repairs that you were not satisfied with. You’ve brought us 3 different vehicles to repair with a combined odometer count of 827,000 kms. We have no issue working on older vehicles. The issue that we run across consistently with your vehicles seems to be hopes of a minor repair being needed on vehicles with multiple, major issues that show lack of basic maintenance. This is certainly one of those situations where we will have to agree to disagree. My service technicians are very highly trained. My service staff has been courteous to you even if not reciprocated. Wish you well and hope you find a shop that better fits your needs. Alan Wack – owner

Just bought a Jeep this past weekend and Aaron was awesome. From the beginning there was no pressure and he was super helpful. His cold call to my husband turned into a sale. Definitely will be back to see him again.

Buying a vehicle isn’t always a pleasant experience. However, I was treated really well at St. Albert Dodge. Shannon helped narrow down a few options that were within what I was looking for. Really limited pressure from the sales team but plenty of support in finding what I was looking for. All round excellent experience.

Updating my previous review. This dealership is a nightmare. I will never come back for any reason! This is a BRAND NEW 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie. They gaslit me and treated me like I was out of my mind for the issues I had with this 2024 dodge ram 3500. The techs are complete garbage and incompetent. My truck pretty much lived in their dealership for three months until they sent it over for a second opinion to Sherwood park dodge. Sherwood park diagnosed the issues and fixed them in one attempt. St Albert dodge installed defective shocks with a level kit that made noise on every single bump I hit and the steering wheel column was broken. The aftermarket rims came with the wrong bolts for the covers and they put them on anyways and the covers were loose and rattled. Instead of telling management the bolts were too long, they said “f”it and put them on anyways. After three months my truck is finally enjoyable. It’s the same owner over at Sherwood park but different staff and it is 100 percent better over there. I would recommend giving your business to Sherwood park dodge and avoiding the St. Albert dodge service department at all cost. They were incredibly unprofessional in the service department at St. Albert dodge.

Just bought a used 2021 Chevy from St. Albert Dodge, and I’m honestly super impressed! The team was really friendly and made the whole process easy. A huge shoutout to Vinny, my salesperson, who went above and beyond to help me. He really listened and answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. No pressure at all – just great customer service. Definitely recommend checking them out!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I bought two vans for my business and they lied to me on several important occasions: 1. **Premium Warranty Policy**: I clearly told them I didn't want the premium warranty policy, but they added it anyway. They asked me to trust them and assured me there would be no problem, but that was clearly not the case. 2. **Vehicle Version**: They told me that only the most equipped version of the vans was available, but when I picked them up, I realized they had given me the most basic version. This was a total scam and a huge disappointment. 3. **Late Delivery**: They called me to inform me that the cars would arrive in about a week and wanted to speed up the delivery time by signing the papers in advance. The reality is that the cars arrived a month and a half after the signing. I believe they called me with the intention of making me forget what I had signed. 4. **Incorrect Documentation**: Three or four days before actually receiving the cars, they sent me the documentation to transfer the ownership of the vehicles to my company, as I had initially started the paperwork personally. They asked me to sign the papers as they were and that they would fix it later. Again, they asked me to trust them. I accepted to buy the cars because they told me that they would deliver them in a week and a half. My business required the vans with urgency. Now I see that they gave me a fake date just to get the deal done. After a couple of weeks, they told me that the vans were still in Mexico, but it was out of their control. I hope you can see the reason why they were lying to me. I even told them that they were affecting my business. 5. **Unfulfilled Promises**: I escalated the problem with the sales agent "Nick" because he only made promises to get me to sign and accept, but never fulfilled them. The sales manager promised me he would fix it and asked me to trust him, but he didn't fix anything either. Naively, I trusted them every time they asked me to believe in their word. Today I understand that they lied to me and with their lies they got me to sign. It is a bitter lesson that I learned the hard way and I hope you can learn from my experience when you read these lines. 6. **Lack of Communication**: Before closing the deal, they always took my calls. Now they never answer them and they don't respond to the text messages I send them either. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The lack of honesty and transparency in their practices is unacceptable!
