My experience was amazing, I dealt with Dean - gave him my parameters of exactly what I was looking for - when the perfect vehicle came in, he called me, set up test drive at my convenience, walked me through all steps, I had my new vehicle in 2 days. I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Dean, I highly recommend St. Albert Dodge. Thank you again much appreciated

WARNING TO ALL BUYERS!!!!!!! Early last year I bought my third brand new Dodge Ram from St. Albert Dodge. After driving it for about 30K the truck started to bend to I had it checked at Sherwood Park Dodge. It turned out that the frame was cracked. The dealership refused to repair it under warranty stating the cause of the issue were the airbags I installed. After dealing with Dodge Canada for a long time to no avail, I paid the $15K to have it repaired. Less than a month later, driving 40km/h on a residential street, the Front Steering Knuckle broke casing me to crash into a parked car. Thank God no one was hurt as I had no control of the vehicle. I had the truck towed to St. Albert Dodge and they assured me that they would take care of everything. After a few days I received a call from them stating that the part that caused my accident was an aftermarket part and the dealership refused to fix it under warranty and instead sent me an estimate for $25K. (Besides the airbags I made no alterations to the truck). The dealership refused to take any responsibility for parts installed in their factory. A month later I received notice of a recall re: problems with the ABS. I asked the service manager at St. Albert Dodge if this could have been the cause of the accident. The answer was NO. The recall clearly states: FAILURE OF THE ESC SYSTEM, IN CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN CAUSE A VEHICLE TO CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. I called the general manager but never received a call back. Be sure to read all of the fine print regarding the warranty and make sure that all parts are original Dodge parts straight form the factory when buying from St. Albert Dodge.

Just Bought a new 2024 ram with these guys, amazing customer service all around! Would rate 6 stars if I could! Highly recommend. My sales guy was Marty! He’s the best be sure to ask for him and you’ll have no complaints. Everyone was super friendly and easy to deal with, Thanks again to Marty and the St. Albert Dodge team you guys rock ❤️

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at the dealership, all thanks to Jonathan in sales and Evan in finance!
