I had an outstanding experience at this showroom! Vince was an absolute gem and the best guy there by far. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs, answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Vince genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. Stopped there for an oil change in late August. First one for my new Ram. When I picked up the vehicle and headed home I realized there was oil on the center console, steering wheel, door handle etc. Told the fellow that did the follow up call and was assured someone from the service department would call me. Two months later, still no call. Wouldn't recommend the service department for this reason. No respect for other people's property.

We bought a used vehicle from St. Albert Dodge and was beyond happy with the staff. Sales associate, Sam Johnson, and finance manager, Evan Nikolaj, were amazing with our young family and we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. We will definitely suggest St. Albert dodge to others and will be using them again in the future.

Dean, Daylan, and Jay are the gentleman I dealt with for 99% of my car purchase. There was a moment of frustration (I am picky & hard the please) but Jay made me feel heard and validated. Daylan handled me with kid gloves and explained all my options with finance and warranties to me. Dean answered countless texts and phone calls that I had, in my eyes especially coming from import style cars. There are lots of pros going into a Jeep compass firstly with the egg hunt that I thought were only On the bigger jeeps, the body is smaller than my other suv but when you are in it, it doesn’t feel small at all! I have the convenience package which makes shopping super simple and still has amazing sound for not having the upgraded sun and sound package. The receptionist is always friendly when I have been in. My major con with this vehicle is the heated steering wheel is weak. It turns on and is nice for about 90 seconds and seems to shut off but the icon is still on. Overall, happy 😃
