What to say We bought a 2025 ram limited, blind spot monitoring unavailable and emergency braking required service. The vehicle has less then 4000kms on it and has been in their shop for 3 weeks. I was told they don’t know exactly what is wrong 3 different parts have been ordered and we don’t know the wait time for parts. Was assured an owner or upper management would be notified of the situation 3 days ago, and guess what radio silence so if they were not happy with the customer service on their part. Now it’s the weekend and no one has contacted us and still no time line. I was told dodge doesn’t pay for warranty work after a certain amount of days and we are there now so the dealership is paying out of pocket and doing everything they can. Would you think this acceptable service? I don’t know what to do besides post this review daily, I will make new google accounts to do so.

I had recently moved from Toronto Ontario to St. Albert with my son. We both purchased two separate vehicles. My son got a 2025 Jeep Compass Trailhawk and for myself I got a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Sport. We are so thrilled and thankful to have Dean help us with this process. He had made sure we achieved what wanted. Greatly appreciated how he went above and beyond to make our wishes become a reality. Dealing with Saint Albert Dodge was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I had a bad taste in my mouth, dealing with a local dealer, mainly the finance department, where they were always adding on as many extra fees as they could. Vince is the salesman that helped me at Saint Albert Dodge and he was awesome. He went out of his way to help me find the right vehicle for my budget. There were no pressure tactics or any of the antics that I was used to previously. Evan and Daylan in finance were great to deal with as they didn’t try to pressure me into buying extras I didn’t want and they explained the warranty coverage very well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and because of that, they have gained a new customer now ! I highly recommend going to this dealer if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle.
