I never thought I’d be the type to buy a brand-new truck, but Shannon at St. Albert Dodge completely changed my mind! From the moment I walked in, Shannon was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right truck for me. He listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured. Not only did Shannon go above and beyond, but Evan, the manager, also stepped in to ensure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Evan’s friendly and approachable attitude made me feel confident in my decision. Thanks to Shannon and Evan, what I expected to be a stressful experience turned into something exciting and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck, and I highly recommend stopping by St. Albert Dodge. These guys know how to take care of their customers!

Can’t say enough amazing things about the service department. Professional. Kind. Amenities for kids. A tech getting coffee took time to speak to me about my truck and even went and listened to it and said it sounded great while it was being detailed. Detail was also very well done. Do yourselves a favour and go here.

My husband and I have bought all of our vehicles for the past 12 years from St Albert Dodge. They are fantastic and stand behind their vehicles and any mechanical work/service that they do. Recently, I had to have some work done on my 2018 Durango. There was some issues that came up a few months later, and they were very diligent in getting it back in, setting us up in a rental and getting the issue fixed. Any problems or complaints have been addressed and they have gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. You can really tell they actually care about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I walked out of there happy with my purchase of a new 2025 jeep compass. Shane and Evan were amazing to deal with and would recommend to anyone to ask for them if going in to look at a new vehicle 👍
